Domain registration is not included and is billed at cost if you need a new one (usually under R200 a year for a .co.za). Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.

What happens after you pay.
You'll get a Paystack receipt immediately and an email from us within one working day with your onboarding form. Your build slot is reserved from the day you pay. Questions people ask before buying.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once paid in full, the design, your content and your domain are yours. The assistant runs on our platform as part of the Care plan, so it switches off if Care is cancelled. The rest of the site keeps working wherever you host it.
Why does the assistant need the Care plan?
It costs money to run every month (hosting and the AI service behind it), and its knowledge needs updating when your prices or services change. Care covers both.
Will the assistant make things up?
It only answers from the information you give us. If it doesn't know, it says so and takes the person's details for you to follow up.
Can you redo my existing website?
Yes. We'll move across the content worth keeping and set up redirects so you don't lose the search traffic you already have.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, your services and prices, your hours and areas, and the questions customers ask most. The onboarding form walks you through it in about 30 minutes.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, we write it with you from your onboarding form. You approve every word before it goes live.
How do payments work?
You pay once-off for the build by card or Instant EFT through Paystack. The Care plan is billed monthly to your card until you cancel.
What if I'm not happy?
You get two rounds of changes before launch. If you cancel within 7 days of paying and before work starts, you get a full refund. See the refund policy.
Is my customers' information safe?
Enquiries go to you and are stored only as long as needed. Sites we build include a POPIA privacy policy and cookie consent.
